AI Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Pre-sale and discovery activities: RFI/RFP, project estimations and collaboration on proposals
• ▹Define non-functional requirements, quality attributes and architectural drivers
• ▹Think ahead on the industry impact of AI innovations, including company-wide AI harness integration
• ▹Build AI-first solutions such as multi-agent orchestrators, RAG systems and AI-enabled features
• ▹System design, architecture documentation and review
• ▹Analyze possible project challenges and constraints including scope, resources and timing
• ▹Work with the development team to ensure compliance with the defined architecture
• ▹Write proof-of-concepts and conduct code reviews

Requirements

• ▹Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software architect
• ▹Ability to plan, manage and implement an IT strategy
• ▹AI harness and agent orchestration skills
• ▹Ability to suggest technical solutions for business requirements (LLM-based solutions and AI agents, DevOps, cloud services)
• ▹Understanding of business analysis, project management and testing techniques
• ▹Experience with different architectural patterns (modular monolith, SOA, microservices, event-driven, serverless, etc.)
• ▹Ability to structure and describe data pipelines, data structures and heterogeneous data sources
• ▹English: upper-intermediate/advanced

Nice to have

• ▹Work experience with Python and Node.js projects
• ▹Fintech experience (strong plus)
