Responsibilities

• ▹Own and improve the technical pipeline: tooling, automation, data flows and standards
• ▹Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on better ways of working
• ▹Bring focus and direction to the AI exploration
• ▹Spot bottlenecks early and turn them into scalable fixes
• ▹Get hands-on when it counts, then turn what works into practice for the wider team
• ▹Shape the technical and production roles needed as the company grows

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in a senior technical role (CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead or similar)
• ▹Solid grip on CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering and production
• ▹Enough scripting know-how to guide developers and make good calls
• ▹Systems thinking, a natural doer, curious about AI
• ▹Clear communicator across artists, Art Directors, developers and producers

Nice to have

• ▹Product visualisation, fashion, sportswear or digital twin experience
