Workist's AI Solution Engineers work directly with customers during onboarding and implementation to configure and adapt the AI product so they go live as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

▹Implement and integrate Workist's AI-based SaaS as an important part of the customer journey
▹Help customers connect their existing IT systems (ERP) to the Workist AI SaaS: import, export, API documentation, workshops
▹Provide technical support to customers before and after contract signing, ensuring compatibility and data protection compliance
▹Analyse and identify new use cases that can create value
▹Work closely with the product & engineering team to understand specific problems and evaluate AI solutions
▹Independently implement customisations identified together with customers
▹Proactively identify process and product improvements

Requirements

▹First experience (1+ year) in solution engineering
▹Strong interest in working with customers and delivering technical implementation projects
▹Good programming experience in Python
▹Experience or interest in using AI to solve valuable business problems
▹Excellent communication skills
▹Fluent German and English (native or at least C1)
