Responsibilities

• ▹Evolve the AWS infrastructure and ensure stable, scalable and secure operation with a focus on automation
• ▹Shape monitoring, logging and alerting (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana/Loki, Elastic)
• ▹Take part in architecture decisions and the introduction of new projects from the start
• ▹Work closely with development teams and business units
• ▹Build, document and test: the goal is working solutions, not slide decks
• ▹Use AI coding tools while remaining the driving force behind a stable, maintainable codebase

Requirements

• ▹Experience with various AWS services (e.g. EKS, networking, RDS, S3, IAM, StepFunctions, Lambda, DirectConnect, X-Ray)
• ▹Infrastructure as Code is second nature to you, ideally with AWS CDK and TypeScript
• ▹Kubernetes knowledge (e.g. Helm, Karpenter, Network Policies)
• ▹Daily use of GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, logging and monitoring
• ▹Structured way of working and clear documentation
• ▹German and English communication skills (B2 level)
