Full-time IT Network Engineer responsible for keeping the company network infrastructure stable, secure and future-proof. Up to 50% of the time can be worked remotely.

Responsibilities

▹Operate, support and continuously develop the IT infrastructure
▹Administer the Cisco network and telephony environment (including Cisco Call Manager)
▹Act as technical contact for employees on infrastructure and network topics
▹Gradually take over 2nd level support for selected specialist applications
▹Carry out regular maintenance and optimization measures
▹Help replace and modernize existing technologies
▹Identify optimization potential and assess risks
▹Plan and implement projects in IT security, availability and performance
▹Work closely with adjacent IT areas and contribute your own ideas

Requirements

▹Completed IT vocational training or comparable qualification
▹Several years of experience in networking
▹Very good knowledge of Cisco networks, ideally including Cisco Call Manager
▹Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
▹High self-motivation and drive
▹Good German, written and spoken
