Solution Engineer - AI Engineer - Global role - remote/Prague

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams
• ▹Design, build and scale AI services, including solutions using large language models and RAG
• ▹Deliver working solutions at pace and integrate them into business processes
• ▹Guide external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders
• ▹Help teams adopt AI and share effective practices across the organization

Requirements

• ▹Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently
• ▹Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic's Claude suite
• ▹Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and data engineering practices
• ▹Clear communication, sound judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
• ▹Relevant master's degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting
