Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute the product roadmap
• ▹Design, develop and own complex features and software components end to end
• ▹Deliver robust, scalable and well-tested code across the full stack
• ▹Establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture
• ▹Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in system design or architecture
• ▹Strong full-stack proficiency: TypeScript/JavaScript on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, React experience
• ▹Experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, including architecting, deploying and operating scalable services
• ▹Modeling, querying and optimizing MongoDB schemas for performance at scale
• ▹Strong testing discipline across unit, integration and end-to-end tests
• ▹Staff-level technical leadership: architecture ownership, mentoring, raising team-wide effectiveness
• ▹Ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements and deliverables
• ▹Track record of senior individual-contributor impact rather than a path toward management

What we offer

• ▹Base salary range: $185,000 to $240,000 USD annually
• ▹Visa sponsorship available
