Senior Systems Engineer (Identity and Access)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement and maintain the end-to-end lifecycle of IAM platforms
• ▹Administer Okta, directory services, MFA and advanced password management
• ▹Manage collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, Slack, Jira/Confluence
• ▹Oversee the global fleet of Mac and Windows devices with Jamf and MS Intune
• ▹Build automated workflows for provisioning, deprovisioning and application access
• ▹Establish RBAC, entitlement reviews and access certification processes
• ▹Lead the technical onboarding of new SaaS applications for SSO
• ▹Partner with the Security team; author operating procedures, roadmaps and compliance policies
• ▹Provide high-tier technical leadership and escalation support for complex IT operations

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of IAM systems engineering experience paired with broad IT infrastructure management
• ▹Deep hands-on Okta expertise: configuration, policy creation, application integration
• ▹Strong knowledge of IAM standards: SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, IGA, RBAC, LDAP
• ▹Scripting experience (e.g. Python, Bash or PowerShell) and Okta Workflows to automate IT tasks
• ▹Experience managing Google Workspace, Slack and the related SaaS and endpoint ecosystem
