Responsibilities

• ▹Embed with assigned agencies to understand their mission, workflows, systems and priorities
• ▹Develop broad knowledge of the Axon ecosystem and deeper expertise in the products deployed at your agency
• ▹Translate customer problems into clear technical requirements and measurable success criteria
• ▹Build applications, dashboards, workflows and automations using Axon products and approved tools
• ▹Move solutions into real use, iterate with users, drive adoption and measure results
• ▹Document successful solutions so they can be maintained and reused
• ▹Act as the agency's technical go-to: coordinate deployments and complex technical issues

Requirements

• ▹Foundational software engineering concepts: APIs, data structures, scripting, testing, debugging, version control
• ▹Responsible use of AI and AI-assisted development tools within the approved environment
