Network System Engineer role in Salzgitter, supporting the network environments of well-known German automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers, via temp-to-perm staffing.
Responsibilities
- ▹Actively contribute to various network projects
- ▹Operate router and switching systems, especially Cisco equipment
- ▹Respond to and resolve fault reports
- ▹Operate copper- and fiber-based access technology
- ▹Manage, monitor, document, and troubleshoot the network based on tickets
Requirements
- ▹Completed IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification
- ▹Flexibility for shifted working hours between Monday and Saturday
- ▹Experience working with network environments
- ▹Good English skills
- ▹Class B driving license
Nice to have
- ▹CCNA certification
- ▹Knowledge of TCP/IP
