Responsibilities

• ▹Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple AI/ML projects
• ▹Create realistic delivery plans, milestones and staffing models with project and technical leads
• ▹Maintain a clear view of project progress, dependencies and risks
• ▹Resolve delivery blockers, priority conflicts and cross-team dependencies
• ▹Facilitate quarterly and ongoing planning across MLE and MLOps teams
• ▹Support career growth and performance: feedback, coaching, development plans, reviews

Requirements

• ▹Enough AI/ML experience to understand the work and identify technical delivery risks
