Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain operational automation using Ansible and Python
• ▹Implement and support deployment processes through GitLab CI/CD and OpenShift
• ▹Configure and maintain application resources in containerized environments
• ▹Implement and evolve observability, monitoring and alerting solutions
• ▹Analyze and resolve incidents related to applications, integrations and services

Requirements

• ▹Experience with Ansible automation and Python scripting
• ▹Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and DevOps practices
• ▹Experience with OpenShift and Helm in containerized environments
• ▹Observability knowledge with Grafana, Prometheus and Elastic/Kibana
• ▹Application troubleshooting and incident analysis experience

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing
• ▹Experience integrating REST APIs and automating workflows
• ▹Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and declarative configuration
• ▹Experience with distributed, highly available environments
• ▹Knowledge of relational databases for validation and functional troubleshooting
