(Senior) QA Engineer - AI-Driven Testing

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the quality strategy and testing architecture of the Flutter apps across the mobile product teams, from test strategy to production monitoring
• ▹Partner closely with mobile product teams to shape quality practices and close testing gaps
• ▹Grow and maintain the automated test suite (Appium / BrowserStack), keeping it fast, stable and focused on critical user journeys
• ▹Keep test infrastructure healthy: minimized flakiness, faster runs, actionable results
• ▹Create and scale autonomous exploration, intelligent test orchestration and self-directed testing workflows

Requirements

• ▹Strong focus on real-world user journeys, edge cases and product risk rather than code coverage alone
• ▹High initiative and problem-solving drive to invent solutions when no standard playbook exists
• ▹Extensive experience designing scalable testing strategies and hands-on expertise with mobile automation frameworks
