IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead interviews and workshops with client stakeholders to capture As-Is commercial processes
• ▹Structure, analyze and document processes into clear, comprehensive process documentation
• ▹Support interviews by consolidating inputs and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of documented processes
• ▹Maintain an overview of the end-to-end business process and its main dependencies
• ▹Gather, analyze and validate business requirements from client teams
• ▹Act as the daily point of contact for client counterparts to understand operational needs and challenges
• ▹Translate business requirements into structured inputs for system or process improvements
• ▹Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories and work with development and QA teams during implementation

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner or Product Manager on IT projects
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and documentation
• ▹Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• ▹Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• ▹Comfortable in client-facing environments (expected 4 days/week onsite at the client office in Budapest)
• ▹University/College degree
• ▹Professional English skills
