Senior Medical Lead - AI Health Companion (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a Senior Medical Lead to join its Medical Excellence team. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will be responsible for the scientific and medical quality and delivery of the patient generalist health companion, particularly its AI Health Assistant. Working hand in hand with product and tech teams, you will ensure medically robust software products with direct public health impact. The role is a permanent position (80-100% FTE) based in Levallois-Perret, with fixed compensation plus a bonus on objectives.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Be accountable for the medical quality of the product and ensure the best solutions are built from a scientific and medical standpoint
  • ▹Drive medical value and risk assessments to ensure the development of qualitative, safe and reliable products, and review related specifications
  • ▹Develop and validate medical features to ensure accuracy and quality, including AI model performance evaluation
  • ▹Maintain medical features and content up to date to provide health professionals with accurate and current medical information
  • ▹Participate in defining and implementing the medical knowledge strategy for your product scope
  • ▹Conduct scientific and medical bibliography work to ensure all content and products rely on trusted sources

Requirements

  • ▹At least 3-5 years of clinical experience as a medical doctor
  • ▹Expertise in statistics and epidemiology, thriving with numbers and analytical work
  • ▹Previous experience in healthtech and software development environments
  • ▹Structured, detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent project management and communication skills
  • ▹Fluent in French and English

Nice to have

  • ▹Fluency in German or Italian
  • ▹Double engineer/medical doctor background
  • ▹PhD in statistics or epidemiology
