Private Cloud DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Describe the infrastructure in code
• ▹Automate provisioning, configuration and deployment in the private cloud environment
• ▹Design, set up and improve automated flows
• ▹Collaborate with Operations Engineers on stability, incidents, changes and continuous improvement of the platform
• ▹Contribute the DevOps perspective to technology choices and solution design, with security and compliance as a natural part of the work

Requirements

• ▹Experience of private cloud or comparable on-prem infrastructure in larger organisations where scalability, regulatory compliance and long-term management are central
• ▹Automated configuration and operations processes with Infrastructure as Code
• ▹Built automated delivery flows such as CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Familiarity with version control and scripting for automation
• ▹Good communication in Swedish and English
• ▹B driving licence

Nice to have

• ▹A background in IT infrastructure, system administration or operations
• ▹Experience operating on-prem cloud such as OpenStack, Nutanix, SUSE Rancher or Red Hat OpenShift
• ▹Experience with parts of the tech stack such as Git and GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, JFrog Artifactory, VMware Cloud Foundation
• ▹Programming knowledge and Git version control
