Controlling and Analytics Trainee

Responsibilities

• ▹Get to know various facets of controlling, e.g. financial reporting as well as operational, strategic and investment controlling
• ▹Analyze and prepare financial and performance KPIs, including reports and decision support materials for management
• ▹Support day-to-day business, e.g. monthly closings, budgeting and planning processes together with international sites
• ▹Contribute to the further development of processes and systems, particularly in controlling & accounting and in digitalization and SAP S/4HANA projects
• ▹Develop data-driven solutions, e.g. building and optimizing Power BI dashboards and automating reporting and finance processes

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field with a focus on finance/controlling/IT
• ▹First practical experience through internships or working student roles, ideally in controlling or data-/IT-related topics
• ▹Strong interest in IT and digitalization topics
• ▹Initial knowledge of business intelligence / data analytics (e.g. Power BI)
