Senior AI Specialist (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a Senior Sales AI Specialist for its Berlin office, joining the Sales Operations team during a dynamic growth phase. In this role you are the technical driving force behind the company's AI-powered sales strategy, acting as the central interface between Sales Excellence, IT and Product, and making sales teams measurably more productive through AI. The position is a full-time permanent role with a hybrid setup (2 home-office days per week) and a planned start in July.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain AI agents on modern AI platforms (e.g. Dust, Claude, ChatGPT), from prototype to continuous optimization in production
  • Identify repetitive tasks in day-to-day sales and automate them with AI and scripts, with measurable impact on sales productivity
  • Build and maintain the technical connection between CRM systems and AI platforms, automate data flows and ensure agents access current, reliable data
  • Develop and iterate prompts systematically based on user feedback, A/B tests and quality metrics; detect weaknesses early and act as the central contact for all technical AI topics
  • Serve as the link between Sales, IT and AI tooling, translating business requirements from daily sales work into technical solutions and bringing together stakeholders from Sales Leadership, Sales Excellence and Product
  • Establish metrics for usage and quality of AI tools, make adoption visible and derive measures for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical role, e.g. AI Engineering, Sales Operations or RevOps, ideally in a SaaS or tech scale-up environment
  • Hands-on experience building and operating AI agents or AI-powered workflows, from first draft to production (e.g. with Dust, ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain or similar tools)
  • Solid Salesforce knowledge: understanding of the data model and how CRM data is meaningfully integrated into AI systems (API, Flows, Reports, data management)
  • Technical understanding: able to read and adapt scripts, understand how APIs and webhooks work, and work with automation tools such as Make, n8n or Zapier
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication: structured problem-solving, independent work, and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English at C1 level

Nice to have

  • Solid knowledge of Python, JavaScript or other scripting languages
  • Experience working with or within large sales organizations
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase
