Responsibilities

• ▹Establish a strategic roadmap, product vision, and backlog in partnership with clients, helping them fill the Product Owner role
• ▹Facilitate in-depth requirements gathering and analysis
• ▹Document requirements as Features and User Stories for the team
• ▹Create a plan with the team and client to deliver project objectives and business value
• ▹Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to Product Delivery Team colleagues
• ▹Drive innovation and adoption of AI tooling in product development and delivery
• ▹Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• ▹Lead product development activities for key/strategic client pursuits
• ▹Present solution vision proposals to client executives
• ▹Establish client technology roadmaps, collaborating closely with architects and engineers to vet technical feasibility
• ▹Communicate technical and business requirements to the delivery team
• ▹Collaborate with senior delivery team members to solve complex challenges
• ▹Keep projects on target by regularly communicating status, risks, and changes

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• ▹Strong understanding of modern web application development
• ▹Passion for solving complex business challenges through technology
• ▹Suited to a client-facing consulting environment, bridging business goals and technical execution
