Responsibilities

• ▹Create graphics, illustrations and visual elements aligned with educational objectives
• ▹Work closely with curriculum and content teams to ensure design supports educational goals
• ▹Ensure a consistent, age-appropriate and accessible visual style
• ▹Brainstorm with the team on innovative ways to present content
• ▹Create engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance learning
• ▹Stay up to date with design and animation trends and educational tools

Requirements

• ▹3-5 years of proven experience in graphic and UI/UX design
• ▹Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator; experience with animation tools like After Effects, Blender or similar
• ▹Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and animation work
• ▹Understanding of visual storytelling, typography and layout principles
• ▹Knowledge of user-centered design principles and how different age groups engage with content
