Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build systems for large distributed web applications
• ▹Set up, monitor and administer web servers
• ▹Administer system security
• ▹Set up and configure necessary components and software
• ▹Administer redundancy, load balancing and failovers
• ▹Design and maintain high-load and high-availability infrastructure
• ▹Analyze and justify service infrastructure needs
• ▹Performance monitoring
• ▹Performance tuning via auto-scaling
• ▹Write and update scripts
• ▹Dockerize applications
• ▹Write Ansible playbooks
• ▹Create CI/CD pipelines for company projects

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of relevant DevOps experience
• ▹Good knowledge of container tooling and orchestration technologies
• ▹Good knowledge of service mesh
• ▹Good experience with Linux
• ▹Good understanding of production-level network architecture
• ▹Experience setting up and maintaining monitoring services like Prometheus/Alertmanager and Grafana
• ▹Experience with relational databases
• ▹Good scripting knowledge
• ▹Good knowledge of Ansible
• ▹Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• ▹Ability to work within the EST time zone
