Responsibilities

• ▹Support and lead IT (sub-)projects
• ▹Steer work packages and project activities
• ▹Create and present project status reports
• ▹Track project progress and manage risk and escalation
• ▹Support rollout and implementation activities
• ▹Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements
• ▹Facilitate workshops with business departments
• ▹Translate between business and IT
• ▹Create functional concepts and specifications
• ▹Support process definition and optimization
• ▹Contribute to transformation and digitalization initiatives
• ▹Analyze existing business processes
• ▹Support system implementations and process harmonization
• ▹Accompany complex implementation projects
• ▹Document interfaces, data flows, and process logic
• ▹Support cutover, deployment, and handover processes
• ▹Create and accompany test concepts
• ▹Support test management, acceptance testing, and quality assurance
• ▹Structure complex project content and independently handle topic areas

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• ▹Several years of experience in IT project management or consulting
• ▹Solid practical experience in requirements management and requirements engineering
• ▹Deep understanding of processes, systems, and data relationships

Nice to have

• ▹Methodical experience in agile project management, Scrum, and SAFe
• ▹Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling, UML, Design Thinking, and risk/change management
