Responsibilities

• ▹Collecting and consolidating business requirements related to controlling reporting and process mining
• ▹Supporting business discussions to establish consistent, standardized requirements
• ▹Providing business-level descriptions of relevant data entities and their relationships within source systems
• ▹Supporting implementation of gathered requirements according to priorities set by the Product Owner
• ▹Communicating priorities to relevant business teams
• ▹Identifying and helping resolve logical or business-related inconsistencies
• ▹Documenting meetings and business discussions

Requirements

• ▹Experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or similar role
• ▹Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• ▹Experience in controlling reporting and/or process mining is an advantage
• ▹Understanding and describing business data entities and their relationships
• ▹Excellent communication skills
• ▹Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• ▹Experience working in an agile project environment
• ▹Business-fluent German is mandatory
