Responsibilities

• ▹Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• ▹Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk.
• ▹Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
• ▹Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
• ▹Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale.
• ▹Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, learn and improve.

Requirements

• ▹Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
• ▹Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging.
• ▹Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue or a similar modern stack.
• ▹Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations and reliability.
• ▹Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows.
• ▹Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end to end.
• ▹Must be based in Portugal (the role is remote, hiring specifically for this market).
• ▹Strong English communication.
