Staff Engineer
Aircall, an AI-powered customer communications platform used by over 22,000 companies, is looking for a Staff Engineer to be a technical leader across its engineering teams. You will drive influence across teams and domains, lead solution delivery on cross-functional and strategic initiatives, and serve as a technical leader within the engineering organization. You will ensure quality standards and drive the adoption of best practices in architecture, security and DevOps. The technology stack is NodeJS and TypeScript back-end services hosted on AWS, building resilient services on top of voice and integrating with customers' business-critical tools such as CRM, Helpdesk and e-commerce systems.

- ▹Experience hosting services on AWS
