Responsibilities

• ▹Create and maintain environment-specific Kubernetes configuration packages (Helm values, YAML manifests) with STIG-aligned hardening and RBAC policy enforcement
• ▹Implement secrets injection strategies using FedRAMP-compliant tools (e.g. AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault)
• ▹Integrate CI/CD pipelines for secure, automated deployment and rollback of ArcGIS components and related services
• ▹Coordinate with Kubernetes and Data Layer engineers on version control, pipeline integrity and integration testing
• ▹Estimate cloud resource usage profiles for Kubernetes-based deployments in IL2, IL4 and IL5 environments
• ▹Implement resource tagging aligned with cloud governance policy and reconcile actual usage against estimates
• ▹Support cost optimization efforts by adjusting workloads and scaling strategies

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent DevOps experience
• ▹Ability to design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and ensure scalable deployments across cloud and on-premises environments
• ▹Proficient in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline)
• ▹Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), security best practices and monitoring/logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• ▹Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, automating cloud infrastructure and implementing secure, highly available CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Experience with microservices architecture, service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) and observability tools
