IT System Administrator / Web Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹First point of contact for all IT-related matters in the company (first and second level support)
• ▹Administration and maintenance of the Synology NAS (volumes, permissions, backup jobs, updates, snapshot replication)
• ▹Managing the network infrastructure (switches, WLAN, VPN, firewall, IP management)
• ▹Administration of Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions)
• ▹Client management: setup, maintenance, and support of workstations, notebooks, and printers (Windows environment)

Requirements

• ▹Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience
• ▹Confident handling of Synology DSM (NAS administration, backup strategies)
• ▹Experience in network technology (LAN/WLAN, VPN, firewalls)
• ▹Very good German language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
• ▹Experience with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce (theme/plugin customization, custom post types)
• ▹English language skills (for international markets)
