Staff Product Manager [Data Products expertise]

The role drives the maturity and scalability of Qonto's ML capabilities, addressing concrete business problems while fostering innovation and impacting the financial management experience of over 600,000 customers. The Product Manager will work closely with the VP Data to support ML product developments and will own the ML product roadmap end-to-end.

Responsibilities
- ▹Own the ML product roadmap end-to-end: define what to build, why, and in what order based on insights from engineering, data science and business teams
- ▹Lead the definition and design of ML solutions for products like Attachment Matcher, Transaction Categorizer, and Cashflow Management, from discovery through delivery
- ▹Collaborate across the full stack with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to implement ML capabilities that drive measurable business value
- ▹Own decisions and communicate the rationale behind priorities clearly to customers, product and executive teams
- ▹Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of ML models and products, making data-driven recommendations
Requirements
- ▹Proven product management experience with a data/ML focus, with concrete examples of ML or data products taken from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled
- ▹Technical fluency in machine learning concepts and applications, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams
- ▹Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- ▹Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions balancing customer needs with business objectives
- ▹Strategic vision to develop a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals
