Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive the long-term Platform Engineering roadmap
• ▹Make strategic architectural and technology decisions across the platform domain
• ▹Establish engineering standards, cloud-native practices and quality benchmarks
• ▹Lead the adoption of a platform-centric operating model and self-service capabilities
• ▹Provide technical leadership for the migration from on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• ▹Shape the technical foundations for scalable and secure AI adoption
• ▹Partner with Staff Engineers, engineering leaders and cross-domain stakeholders to deliver a unified platform vision

Requirements

• ▹Strong background in Platform Engineering at scale
• ▹Broad expertise spanning Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Developer Experience and Architecture
• ▹Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service ecosystems
• ▹Ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams without relying on formal authority
