Responsibilities

• ▹Support the design, configuration and maintenance of Oracle EPM Planning modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Cash Forecast, Long Range Planning, etc.)
• ▹Develop and maintain business rules and calc scripts, using Groovy scripting for data and forecast modeling
• ▹Support data flows with the AWS data warehouse, Oracle ERP Cloud and Workday using Data Management, EPM Automate and internal integration tools
• ▹Assist with the monthly Oracle patch cycle, including regression testing and impact analysis of new features
• ▹Partner with FP&A to streamline budgeting and forecasting by automating manual offline models and improving data integration
• ▹Build and maintain reports using EPM Reports; support finance users in Smart View with ad-hoc analysis and template creation
• ▹Support the monthly forecast cycle, resolving issues promptly and engaging Oracle support when needed
• ▹Design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for FP&A processes, using native EPM AI capabilities and external tooling
• ▹Identify manual, repetitive finance and systems processes and apply AI automation
• ▹Work with Finance and Tech partners to prioritize AI automation opportunities and deliver AI-generated forecasts, analyses and insights

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM (minimum 2 years in EPM Cloud)
• ▹Experience with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, building forms and reports, application optimization and administering user access
• ▹3+ years of experience supporting finance functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax)
