Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, test and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• ▹Build capabilities to create, configure, test, deploy, monitor and manage AI agents across their lifecycle
• ▹Develop services for agent configuration, orchestration, workflow execution, tools, prompts, knowledge sources and integrations
• ▹Build APIs and service interfaces for reliable frontend-backend interaction
• ▹Manage agent configurations, versions, state, context, tools and permissions
• ▹Build services that let agents securely interact with Intermedia products, enterprise applications and external services
• ▹Integrate LLMs and other AI capabilities together with AI/ML engineers
• ▹Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions
