Assignment Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan, lead and follow up development assignments in IT and the business
• ▹Work closely with developers, external suppliers and the business
• ▹Ensure assignments are delivered on time, within budget and at the right quality
• ▹Identify risks, manage changes and drive problem solving
• ▹Contribute to improving methods and ways of working and to the agency's development

Requirements

• ▹University degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• ▹At least four years of work experience as an assignment manager or project manager for IT projects
• ▹Good experience of agile models
• ▹Very good Swedish and good English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience of assignment or project management in the public sector or larger organisations
• ▹Experience of assignment or project management in a team-based organisation
• ▹Experience of assignments where AI has been implemented
• ▹General technical understanding of IT architecture, system development and operating environments
