Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)

Responsibilities

• ▹Onboard, train, enable and certify partner technical resources
• ▹Take part in joint business planning and review sessions between Datadog and partner technical teams
• ▹Support partner technical initiatives such as customer demos, proofs of value and enablement workshops
• ▹Advocate for partners' technical concerns (use cases, feature requests, support issues) inside Datadog
• ▹Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to improve adoption of Datadog features
• ▹Work with product management, engineering and technical services to identify and prioritize new features
• ▹Help curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption

Requirements

• ▹Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience
• ▹Typically 10-15 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role
• ▹Confident presentation skills
• ▹Hands-on experience in two or more areas: observability (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), scripting (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go), config management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab)

Nice to have

• ▹Technical experience working for or supporting channel partners (systems integrators, managed service providers)
• ▹Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, NPM)
• ▹Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and debugging
