Trainee – Data Transformation & Automation

Responsibilities

• ▹Translating data into decision-relevant insights and contributing to steering the business
• ▹Contributing to company-wide data transformation and automation initiatives
• ▹Working cross-functionally with business, IT, finance and risk teams on end-to-end data flows
• ▹Ensuring data quality, transparency and usability across systems and processes
• ▹Supporting scalable, efficient processes through automation and smart data design

Requirements

• ▹Studies in Business Intelligence, (business) informatics, business analysis, controlling or comparable
• ▹Analytical thinking, strong communication, an execution-oriented mindset and affinity for data and processes
• ▹Very good Excel skills
• ▹Very good German and English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of SQL, Java, Power BI or RPA technologies
• ▹Project experience and ability to structure data flows and business requirements end-to-end
• ▹Initial experience with data modeling, BI tools, process automation or macros
