Frontend Engineering Manager (Hands-On), Partners Acquisition

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead delivery of a high-conversion self-service product for onboarding new B2B partners
• ▹Architect and oversee an experimentation setup (Growthbook) across frontend and backend
• ▹Connect React/TypeScript frontends, Kotlin/AWS backend services and Salesforce CRM/ERP data workflows
• ▹Establish modern SDLC standards and drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools
• ▹Lead a squad of 6 engineers (4 frontend, 2 backend)

Requirements

• ▹Experience managing or leading cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth environments
• ▹Practical experience with A/B testing and feature-flagging tools (Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely or similar)
• ▹Hands-on coding, pull request review and scalable system architecture
• ▹Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• ▹Experience with microservices and micro-frontend architectures at scale
• ▹Active use of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT)
• ▹Proficient English and asynchronous communication
