Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build, refactor and maintain genestack.com on the current stack (MODX CMS on AWS), keeping content easy for non-technical team members to manage
• ▹Own the technical health of the site: maintenance, bug fixes, upgrades, deployment, hosting, performance, stability
• ▹Implement responsive, accessible pages and reusable UI components with the designer
• ▹Monitor performance and analytics, support technical SEO and recommend improvements
• ▹Maintain cookie and consent tooling such as Enzuzo
• ▹Identify technical risks and recommend practical solutions

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience building and maintaining production websites over time
• ▹Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript, responsive and accessible development
• ▹Hands-on experience with PHP-based CMS platforms comparable to MODX
• ▹Experience with Git, deployment workflows, hosting and basic performance monitoring
• ▹Good understanding of website security, backups, technical SEO and Core Web Vitals
• ▹Building and maintaining form integrations, particularly with CRMs like Salesforce
• ▹Practical use of modern AI-assisted development tools
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹Direct MODX experience
• ▹AWS experience
• ▹Familiarity with website analytics and cookie/consent management tools
