Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze operational business processes and identify optimization and automation potential
• ▹Conduct as-is/to-be analyses as the basis for digital process solutions
• ▹Evaluate operational data, detect patterns and sources of error
• ▹Translate business requirements into clear specifications and process logic
• ▹Work closely with business units and development teams
• ▹Support continuous improvement of existing processes and workflows

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field
• ▹Several years of experience in an analytical, data- or process-related role
• ▹Very good SQL and Python skills for data analysis, validation, and automation
• ▹Experience analyzing large datasets
• ▹Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style
• ▹Very good German language skills
