Infiniband Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Deploy, manage and maintain the Infiniband network of AI Factory infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers
• ▹Act as the domain expert for customers from planning calls through implementation
• ▹Produce handover documentation and perform knowledge transfers
• ▹Give feedback to internal teams: open bugs, document workarounds, suggest improvements

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• ▹5+ years providing in-depth support or deployment services for Infiniband networks
• ▹Applied knowledge of Infiniband network troubleshooting
• ▹Good interpersonal skills, resolving customer-blocking issues and multi-tasking with limited supervision

Nice to have

• ▹Infiniband network certifications
• ▹Ethernet networking experience (configuring and troubleshooting)
• ▹Linux background
