Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement state-of-the-art ML and GenAI models for complex problems in visual effects, neural rendering, motion capture and 3D content generation
• ▹Work in a team at the intersection of AI and the film industry

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in applied machine learning
• ▹Proven experience with deep learning and computer vision techniques: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, Autoencoders, diffusion models, transfer learning
• ▹Hands-on experience in any of: 3D pose estimation, motion reconstruction, image/video-based 3D modeling, neural rendering, generative models (GANs, VAEs, diffusion), photorealistic synthesis
• ▹Strong programming skills in Python
• ▹Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• ▹Solid understanding of computer graphics fundamentals: rendering pipelines, shading, simulation
• ▹Familiarity with numerical optimization techniques and differentiable programming
• ▹Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering or a related technical field
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Maya or game engines (Unreal, Unity)
