Head of Technology Department Digital Hub

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow software engineering teams across the Digital Hub.

  • Drive technology delivery in partnership with Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters.

  • Manage priorities, capacity, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

  • Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

  • Foster a high-performing engineering culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead organizational, process, and technology changes.

  • Manage external technology vendors and engineering partners.

  • Contribute to engineering strategy and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Proven leadership experience in software engineering or technology delivery organizations.

  • Experience building, developing, and managing engineering teams.

  • Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to align technology delivery with business objectives and compliance requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Understanding of software engineering organizations, technology delivery, and modern development practices.

  • Experience operating effectively in complex and rapidly changing environments.

  • Fluent English (projects and collaboration on Baltic level) and good local language skills.

Salary: From 5000 till 7000 €/mon. gross The final offer will depend on candidate‘s knowledge and experience experience.
