ServiceNow SPM Developer

Your Role

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Implement and customize ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
• Configure dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance analytics for portfolio visibility.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Your Profile

• 6+ years of total experience with 4+ years experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
