Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Define a product strategy for merging impressions data with audience insights, setting the direction of development to meet clients' targeted analytics needs
• ▹Merge event-driven datasets and reveal overlaps, correlations and patterns within large-scale data (millions of rows)
• ▹Drive the development of new features that turn raw data into valuable client insights
• ▹Work closely with engineering teams so the product handles massive datasets effectively and scales, using data engineering and database structure best practices
• ▹Translate user requirements into detailed product requirements, stories and acceptance criteria
• ▹Create an interactive, self-service report builder dashboard for clients
• ▹Leverage event data to drive the development of new products
• ▹Handle large datasets and turn complex information into easily digestible insights through interactive dashboards and visualizations
• ▹Lead the transition from PowerPoint-based data presentation to an interactive report builder
• ▹Ensure internal and external stakeholders clearly understand product capabilities and data insights

Requirements

• ▹3+ years in Product Management, ideally in AdTech, finance or blockchain
• ▹Strong understanding of data engineering, database structures and handling large datasets
• ▹Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights
• ▹Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for various stakeholders
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• ▹Data-driven mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions
• ▹Ability to think strategically and drive product innovation
• ▹Experience with data visualization tools, dashboard creation, or transitioning from static to interactive reporting formats
