Senior Agentic AI Specialist - Microsoft Ecosystem

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Specialist to design, develop, deploy, administer, and support enterprise AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role combines hands-on AI development with platform administration, governance, architecture, and operational support. You will build both low-code and custom AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform , while ensuring secure and reliable lifecycle management of enterprise AI services. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise AI agents Develop both low-code and custom AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform Administer Microsoft Agent 365 , Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform environments, and Dataverse Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications Define and implement AI-agent governance and lifecycle-management standards Manage agent configuration, publishing, permissions, monitoring, reporting, and retirement Manage organisational Agent Store and agent catalogue Advise on AI architecture, licensing, platform configuration, consumption, and build-versus-buy decisions Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, access-control, and responsible-AI requirements Provide second- and third-line technical support for AI and Copilot solutions Troubleshoot platform, integration, configuration, and performance issues Develop operational documentation, administration procedures, support runbooks, and knowledge materials Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and technology vendors Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT solution design, development, administration, or support Around 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Agent 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and Dataverse Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI-agent architecture, orchestration, governance, and lifecycle management Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting AI agents, chatbots, or automation solutions Ability to develop both low-code and custom AI agents Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, lifecycle-management processes, or platform operating models Experience providing second- and third-line enterprise technical support Strong understanding of AI security, compliance, access control, monitoring, and responsible AI Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field Excellent spoken and written English Nice to Have Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel , or similar AI orchestration frameworks Experience developing CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools Experience working in large-scale enterprise or international environments Master’s degree in a relevant field Microsoft certifications such as AI-102, MS-102, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 Microsoft 365 Copilot or N8N-related certifications ITIL Foundation certification You will be a great candidate for us if you Combine hands-on AI engineering with strong platform and architecture knowledge Can take AI agents from design and development through production and ongoing support Are comfortable working across development, administration, governance, and operations Can translate business requirements into practical AI solutions Are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently Enjoy collaborating across technical and business teams Benefits Why join inventYOU Work hands-on with modern Agentic and Generative AI technologies Build enterprise AI solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem Work across AI engineering, architecture, governance, and platform operations Contribute to the adoption of secure and scalable enterprise AI services Collaborate with experienced AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Technology professionals Originally posted on Himalayas
