Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (cloud sandboxes)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement and manage scalable, secure and reliable cloud solutions for customers.
• ▹Optimize for cost efficiency and performance.
• ▹Deploy and manage workloads using the best-fit containerization technology for the job (e.g. k8s, MicroVMs).
• ▹Automate infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation (develop Chef cookbooks, automation scripts and tools).

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
• ▹5+ years of expertise using AWS, such as EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation and CloudFront.
• ▹5+ years of experience with Linux.
• ▹Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• ▹3+ years of experience with AWS containerized services such as ECS, EKS and Fargate, and containerized tools such as Docker, Helm and ArgoCD.
• ▹High proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• ▹Strong software development background with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go or Ruby.

• ▹Experience across Azure, Snowflake, GCP and other major cloud providers.
