Fullstack Next.js / React Developer - AI-powered & Agentic

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Fullstack development with Next.js, React and PostgreSQL
• ▹AI-assisted coding for maximum speed (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, Aider, etc.)
• ▹Agentic workflows: from idea via prompt to code, test and deploy in hours instead of days
• ▹Integrate AI features directly into the product (e.g. smart scenario analysis, optimization suggestions)
• ▹Agile work in short sprints focused on fast, safe releases
• ▹Mixed-remote work with a Berlin office (regular team sessions, whiteboard sprints, fun events)

Requirements

• ▹At least 4 years of hands-on React/Next.js experience, with concrete projects/links required
• ▹Strong, practical AI experience in daily development, using at least one leading tool (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot Agent, Windsurf, Aider, etc.)
• ▹Very good PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design, complex queries, performance)
• ▹Public GitHub/portfolio with modern Next.js projects
• ▹Startup mindset: proactive, independent, fast at learning and shipping
• ▹Good German and English skills
