Responsibilities

• ▹Provide support for data analytics and business reporting projects, including prototyping, testing and design
• ▹Support global business functions with key reporting and analytics deliverables
• ▹Be involved in data acquisition, modeling and mapping, and some design and analysis tasks
• ▹Perform new data source evaluation and design, data cleansing and preparation, ETL development, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting, business rule design and development, relational and dimensional model design
• ▹Create and help maintain technical and end-user documentation for new and existing integrations and applications
• ▹Support incidents, requests and other support activities per the standard ITSM lifecycle
• ▹Automate repetitive tasks
• ▹Participate in the on-call schedule to address critical operational incidents and business requests
• ▹Perform all other related duties as assigned
• ▹Troubleshoot and support SAP BI solutions
• ▹Prepare and validate BI solution design, including dataflows, data sources, reporting and planning functionality

Requirements

• ▹3-5 years of experience in SAP technology: SAP BW/4HANA (primary) and SAP BOBJ (secondary)
• ▹SAP BI/BW, BW/4HANA development and production support (must have)
• ▹3-5 years of solid knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence tools (BW, BW/4HANA and BOBJ)
• ▹Strong knowledge of SAP BI data architecture, star schema and OLAP reporting models
• ▹Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team across the globe
• ▹Willingness to innovate new solutions
• ▹Passion for applications, analytics and end-user productivity
• ▹Exceptional customer focus
• ▹Degree in computer science engineering or equivalent from an accredited university (preferred)

Nice to have

• ▹SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) development and production support
• ▹BODS ETL experience
• ▹CDS views development in S/4 HANA
• ▹SAP ERP application, data and process experience
• ▹Master's degree in computer science engineering
