Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze business and technical needs, frame the scope and define target processes
• ▹Produce key deliverables (Fit/Gap, blueprint) and contribute to change management
• ▹Run design workshops
• ▹Write specifications and configure SAP S/4HANA
• ▹Collaborate with technical teams and steer delivery (depending on seniority)
• ▹Prepare and run tests
• ▹Contribute to migration, cut-over and acceptance
• ▹User training and participation in multi-site deployments
• ▹Support and evolutionary maintenance, participation in production releases
• ▹Capture best practices
• ▹For project managers: steer delivery (schedule, risks, budget), run governance bodies, manage the team and contribute to pre-sales

Requirements

• ▹Experience on SAP S/4HANA programs at the seniority of the role (Project Director, Project Manager or Consultant)
• ▹Depending on the profile: SAP project management, S/4HANA and BTP architecture, integration, data/migration, UX/Fiori/SAP UI5, functional modules (FI/CO/PS, SD/MM, PP, PM/CS, QM, eWM/WM, Ariba, SuccessFactors) or analytics (BI, Analytics Cloud, BW/BW4HANA, Snowflake, Power BI)
