Senior Power Platform Developer / Architect

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, driving solution design workshops, defining Power Platform governance strategies and recommending best practices.
• ▹Design, architect and build complex Canvas and Model-Driven applications with advanced business logic, custom components (PCF) and responsive layouts.
• ▹Architect end-to-end cloud and desktop (RPA) flows in Power Automate to automate complex enterprise workflows, ensuring optimal performance, error handling and API integration.
• ▹Model secure, scalable relational data structures in Dataverse, and design custom connectors and REST API integrations with Azure services, SAP or Microsoft 365.
• ▹Enforce Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit standards, managed solutions and DLP policies, and build automated ALM deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• ▹Total autonomy: onboard, assess business needs and deliver architectural value from day one without internal supervision.
• ▹Proven experience leading technical discussions, managing C-level stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• ▹A solid track record of end-to-end Power Platform implementations in complex, high-security enterprise environments.
• ▹Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI integration and custom connector development.
• ▹Hands-on experience with Power Platform CLI, solution packager and CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment (Dev/Test/Prod) deployments.
