Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze and curate data sources to support business and product stakeholders
• ▹Lead key components of the analytical lifecycle: exploration, analysis, reporting and insight delivery
• ▹Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and analytical solutions
• ▹Perform data wrangling, transformation and analysis using SQL and enterprise analytical databases
• ▹Define and document datasets, business logic and reporting definitions for consistent data usage
• ▹Support data governance, data quality and data management processes with data and product teams
• ▹Analyze user engagement, operational and product data to identify trends and opportunities
• ▹Mentor junior analysts

Requirements

• ▹6+ years in data analysis, business intelligence or analytics roles with ownership of end-to-end analytical projects
• ▹Strong experience with enterprise analytical databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or similar
• ▹Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
• ▹Deep expertise in SQL and data analysis techniques
• ▹Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and analytical best practices
• ▹Ability to communicate findings clearly to business and technical audiences
• ▹Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ▹Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics or a related field
• ▹Python and geospatial analysis
• ▹Real estate, financial services or related industry experience
• ▹Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for reporting, documentation and analysis
