Ludwig, a startup based in Palermo, is looking for an experienced frontend engineer to architect and develop web applications and support junior developers. Most of the work is remote; Italian and English are required.

Responsibilities

▹Architect, design and develop cross-browser, cross-device and cross-platform web frontend applications according to requirements
▹Evangelize frontend best practices and support junior developers
▹Create, improve and refine workflows and processes for delivering quality software on time
▹Work in an agile, multidisciplinary team, prioritizing with the team and product owner
▹Write clean, well-organized code to guarantee quality, reliability, scalability and maintainability

Requirements

▹5+ years in teams that rapidly ship high-quality web-based software for large numbers of users
▹3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6, React, CSS-in-JS, Redux and PWA
▹Solid command of web technologies and object-oriented design
▹Experience with REST-based APIs
▹Excellent understanding of Git and GitFlow as a branching model
▹Proficiency in both Italian and English

Nice to have

▹Startup experience
▹Experience with Chrome Extensions, Electron, SASS, TypeScript and iOS
